I've spent more than 20 years working in real estate — not on the sidelines, but in the middle of it. I own a brokerage in Pinellas County in the Tampa Bay area with over 140 agents. I've seen every side of this business: the deals that work, the marketing that doesn't, and the enormous amount of time agents spend doing repetitive work that should be automated.
Along the way I developed a deep interest in how technology can change the way agents market themselves and their listings. I've spent years studying what separates the agents who consistently generate leads from the ones who rely on referrals and hope. The answer is almost always visibility — specifically, showing up where buyers are actually searching.
Why I Built Property Promoter
Facebook Marketplace has become one of the most active real estate search channels in the country — especially for first-time buyers and renters. But manually transferring a listing from Zillow to Marketplace takes 20–30 minutes when you do it right: copy the description, re-upload photos one by one, fill in every field. Multiply that by 10 active listings and you're spending hours every week on a task that should take seconds.
At the same time, Google Business Profile is one of the most powerful free tools a real estate agent can use to get found locally. Agents who post consistently on GBP — listings, open houses, market updates — rank higher in local search and get more calls. But again, it's time-consuming to do manually.
I built Property Promoter to automate both. One click on Zillow and your listing is live on Facebook Marketplace with photos, description, and all details filled in automatically. And for GBP, the platform monitors your listings and posts updates for you in the background, while tracking your local Google rankings with a geogrid heatmap so you can see exactly where you're winning and where you're not.

My focus has always been at the intersection of real estate and technology. I specialize in real estate marketing — specifically the digital marketing strategies that generate buyer and seller leads at scale without ongoing ad spend — and in software development for real estate workflows.
Running a brokerage with 140+ agents means I see marketing challenges at scale every day. The tools I build are shaped by those real problems, not by what sounds good in a pitch deck.
The Platform Today
Property Promoter is used by real estate agents across the country to post listings to Facebook Marketplace, manage their Google Business Profile presence, track local search rankings, and generate AI-assisted marketing content. The Chrome extension alone has helped agents in thousands of cities get their listings in front of buyers who would never have found them on Zillow.
