1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or installing the Property Promoter Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Promote Properties LLC ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Property Promoter is a SaaS platform and Chrome Extension that helps real estate agents automate the transfer of property listings from Zillow to Facebook Marketplace, generate marketing content, track local SEO rankings, and manage their brand. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or be acting on behalf of one) to use this service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with other individuals.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it if it changes.
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New accounts receive a limited free trial that allows a set number of listing promotions at no charge. The exact limit is displayed in your dashboard and may be adjusted at our discretion.
To continue using the service beyond the free trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Available plans and pricing are listed at propertypromoterpro.com/pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
All billing is handled by Stripe. To cancel, contact us at bill@promoteproperties.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
- Use the service in violation of Zillow's, Facebook's, or any other platform's Terms of Service
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access features not included in your subscription
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Extension or platform
- Use automated scripts or bots in addition to the Extension in ways that create excessive load on our servers
- Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with third parties
- Upload content that infringes copyright or violates any applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, text, and other content on the platform are the property of Promote Properties LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own professional purposes.
You retain ownership of your listing content, agent profile data, and any marketing materials you generate using our tools.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Property Promoter interacts with third-party platforms (Zillow, Facebook, Google) on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies or availability of these platforms. Changes to their interfaces may temporarily affect Extension functionality, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service as a result.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of those platforms complies with their respective Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any listing posted through our platform will generate leads or inquiries. Real estate marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promote Properties LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost leads, or data loss — arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promote Properties LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use — we will notify you by email or in-app notice when we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
